Cats aren't like dogs: they're territorial and very sensitive to their surroundings. Contact with unfamiliar cats or the presence of dogs causes them a lot of stress. That's why every guest has its own individual space, with no visual or physical contact with others.
Because it's part of the clinic, your cat is in the safest possible place: it's cared for by the same veterinary team that treats it, alert to any change in its behaviour or health.

Health requirements
Up-to-date vaccinations (trivalent and, depending on the case, rabies) and internal and external worming, for everyone's safety.
Its own unit
Spacious, with different heights and separate areas for resting, eating and the litter tray. No contact with other cats.
Its food and its routines
Bring its usual food so we don't change its diet. We respect its schedule and give it its medication if needed.
Daily hygiene and a play area
Daily cleaning and disinfection, constant ventilation and individual, supervised playtime.
The team keeps watch
We check daily that it's eating, using the litter tray and behaving normally. If you like, we'll send you photos or videos.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?

My cat is shy and doesn't get on with other cats, will it be OK?
Yes. The stay is 100% individual: each cat has its own private, spacious and secure unit, with no visual or physical contact with other guests. Its peace and personal space stay intact, exactly what a territorial cat needs.
What happens if my cat needs medication or falls ill?
This is our biggest advantage: as it's the clinic's own cattery, it's cared for by the veterinary team. We give its daily medication (tablets, insulin) to the letter and, if we notice anything wrong with its health or behaviour, we act right away.
Do I have to bring its food and its things?
Yes, bring its usual food: sudden changes of food upset the stomach. We provide bowls, water dishes and a litter tray, which we clean daily. A little blanket or a toy that smells of home also helps it feel comfortable.
What requirements does my cat need to stay?
For the safety of all guests, it must be healthy: with up-to-date vaccinations (trivalent and, depending on the case, rabies) and wormed inside and out. It's the only way to guarantee a healthy environment.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner the better, especially at busy times such as summer, Christmas or Easter, when spaces fill up fast. For an off-season trip we usually have more flexibility, but a call to confirm never goes amiss.
