Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do you handle emergencies?

During opening hours, yes. Outside those hours, call 112 or your nearest 24-hour emergency service. We're not a 24-hour emergency centre, but we help whenever we can.

Do you do home visits?

It isn't one of our regular services. Call us to explain the situation and we'll confirm whether we can help or refer you to the right service.

Do you work with pet insurance?

Tell us which policy you have when booking and we'll confirm how we can handle your visit.

Do you treat exotic animals?

Our regular patients are dogs and cats. If you have another species, call us before coming in and we'll confirm whether we can treat them or refer you to a specialist centre.

Do I always need an appointment?

Yes, so the consultation is unhurried and without waits. For emergencies during opening hours, call and come in — we'll fit you in.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Part of the team speaks English, which is common given Benidorm's international community. Let us know when booking and we'll arrange it.
